Our Growing Collision Repair Program

Our collision repair program spans everything from exterior parts such as ABS sensors and TPMS Sensors to ADAS components such as Blind Spot Detection Sensors, Cruise Control Distance Sensors, Lane Departure System Cameras and Park Assist Sensors.

The 2017-14 Jeep Cherokee below is one example of the coverage we offer for collision repair opportunities:

Parking Assist Sensors

  • Function: Alerts driver to approaching objects when in reverse
  • Location: In the rear bumper
  • Features: Plug-and-play design (calibration may be required)

Park Assist Cameras

  • Function: Provides driver with live picture from back of the vehicle for easier parking
  • Location: Mainly located in the center of vehicle’s liftgate or trunk lid
  • Features: Plug-and-play design (calibration may be required)

Blind Spot Detection Sensors

  • Function: Notifies driver to obstacles in their blind spots
  • Location: On both corners of the rear bumper

Cruise Control Distance Sensors

  • Function: Adjusts vehicle speed to maintain safe distance from vehicles ahead and emergency braking system
  • Location: In front of the vehicle, usually behind the lower radiator grill

Lane Departure Sensor Cameras / Keep Assist Sensors

  • Function: Notifies driver if vehicle leaves lane without turn signal activated / actively steer the vehicle to keep it centered in the lane
  • Location: Top of windshield between rearview mirror and windshield

ABS Sensors

  • Function: Prevents brakes from locking up by measuring the speed of the wheel compared to engine speed
  • Location: Outside the wheel hub in parts such as the steering knuckle and differential housing

Active Grille Shutters

  • Function: To reduce aerodynamic drag and improve fuel efficiency
  • Location: In front of the vehicle, usually behind the lower radiator grill
  • Features: Regulate frontal airflow in the vehicle to reduce aerodynamic drag, offer improved fuel mileage and reduce vehicle emissions

TPMS Sensors

  • Function: Measures, identifies and warns driver when one or more of your tires are significantly under-inflated
  • Location: Inside the tire, mounted in the wheel
